so now with the release of the 128 gigabyte version of the quest 2 and many of you guys finally getting the opportunity to get your hands on one it only makes sense for me to make a clear-cut ta list ranking of each of the currently most downloaded quest 2 games out right now to help you decide what games should be at the top of your download priorities list and something i totally forgot to mention in the base recording of this video because i'm an actual chimpanzee is that a good chunk of the

games on this list are either pretty cheap or totally free in some cases each game will get a ranking from s2f s obviously being the best and f being as bad as mark zuckerberg's mental health after having to have to recall of nearly four million total quest to interfaces as was recently announced also speaking of deteriorating mental health mine isn't doing too great after two giveaway winners in a row completely ghosted me so i am once again giving away another cent riders key for u se with the

oculus quest 2 and the oculus quest 2 platform you want to win just drop a comment down below on what your own rankings for each of the games shown off in today's video ah as well as having of course liked and subscribed as i'll be picking users from my subscribers list okay big disclaimer before i start this tier list off these rankings will be based off of believe it or not my own personal opinion so if you disagree with any of the rankings feel free to remember that i' m basically just a

chimpanzee with a camera and a vr headset i'm also likely going to miss a couple of games here i'm just going to be highlighting some of the games that are most consistently ranked highest on the top sellers list and games that i'm asked about most on my discord instagram twitter and twitch you know the deal so starting off with a recently released game that got a good bit of press recently that i need to mention because this honestly might be one of my favori te vr games of all time and that is

stride stride right off the bat i have to give an s tier two straight to the tippy top stride essentially gives you the ability to become a free runner in vr without the risk of oh i don't know literally dying every youtuber and their nan and their nan's dog have referred to this game as being basically mirror's edge in vr and their nan's dog is right this is essentially just mirror's edge in vr straight has you running from rooftop to rooftop coll ecting packages while shooting enemies while

wall running in a variety of different game modes something i absolutely adore is this game's use of physical movement taking inspiration from games such as sprint vector and implementing the need to actually swing your arms to run and then throw them up to jump and actually crouch down to slide this combined together starts to become a really really trippy experience as this is just enough physical movement to really give the impressio n that you are actually running and wall running and

sliding like some badass free runner this is also a great workout as the desperation of avoiding falling to your death by jumping and sliding from point to point makes you totally forget about how much you're sweating and how much your muscles age stride starting off the video strong easily like i said gets an s on this list i love this game and to the developers thank you so much for giving me such a dope vr experience next up on this list is one you were likely expecting i mean i can't

not include it on this list and that's vr chat [Music] i'm actually gonna give vr chat a b which might be lower than what you expected but in recent months vr chat has become a pretty toxic environment at least the casual players the game can still provide great communities and build long lasting friendships as well as allow for some great private meetups with friends but the amount of toxicity has gotten complet ely out of hand at least in more popular public worlds almost every popular server i

join i feel like i'm constantly having to have to avoid or mute screaming children people with spam avatars or groups of players yelling at each other over identity politics for some reason i don't know if i've just been in lucky in recent months but man at least the more popular servers have become a total show of toxicity and gatekeeping from the community so i'm still gonna give vr chat a b as i do still believe that if you pick the right worlds to load into and surround yourself with the

correct communities this can be a fantastic game full of joy and fun and friendships right now perhaps with the influx of new users getting a quest to i just can't read it any higher now speaking of screaming kids and social vr apps you knew it was coming right room of course needs a place on this tier list rec room is completely free to play like vr chat and has a similar social vr experi ence the difference here is rockroom in my opinion feels much more cohesive as you have a fully fledged

player profile with achievements unlockables and tons of in-game customization the game also has a ton of community-made game modes to play all built with rek room's own assets and great game mode creation features which makes everything just kind of work however like vr chat the game still struggles with toxicity and screaming kids but i have noticed the community is younger o n average but also far more welcoming perhaps i just got lucky with the times i played but most users were just having

fun together hanging out although as an older player it is really difficult to not feel like someone's uncle joining in on your nephew's paintball session with how young some of these players are rec room does however get to be on this list for being completely free to play and providing a strong cohesive and welcoming experience but is kept out of being an s due to its alienation of older players so next up on this tier list is anyone that watches this channel will know i was twitching to

mention at any given moment and that's echo vr echovr is by far one of my favorite vr games of all time as it's essentially ultimate freaking frisbee in zero gravity this game is ludicrously fun growing a goal in this game easily makes up for the amount of holes you end up punching in your wall doing so echovia has a largely pretty friendly community alt hough like all online games does sometimes have a problem with toxicity and screaming kids but this is made up for however by the great team

play and long lasting bonds that you can make with other players on your team after winning a stressful game i must have shown this footage at least 10 times on this channel by this point because this game right here was a perfect example of amazing team play and the goals scored if i wasn't making this video right now i'd probably be playing echo vr so ago vr of course gets an s on this tier list as it is completely free to play and freaking amazing next up is a vr classic and that is super hot

super hot even after nearly five years yeah been that long since its release wait am i old dude is still one of the best non-vr vr games to ever release yeah this game was originally not a vr title and was initially played with either a gamepad or a mouse and keyboard but boy am i glad they ported this game to vr as super hot vr a llows for some of the most badass matrix mixed with john wick style gameplay this scene from that sherlock's home movie perfect encapsulates how it feels to play super

hot just come populate super heart is 20 or so dollars and easily gets an st on this list as it is dope as hell next up is population one gonna be honest population one is essentially just fortnite in vr it's bright it's colorful it's battle royale it has building mechanics and in-game store gliders and a continuously changing and updating map with each new season does that make it bad hell no unlike fortnite a newborn child can't just snort g-fuel and build a five-story hotel before you even

fire a bullet because the implementation of vr means that this is a much more physical game than fortnite which is played on a keyboard or gamepad building requires you to actually properly place walls with your hand direction and makes fights way more engaging and tactile especially if you're playing with friends population one gets an s on this t list for its great gameplay team play and continuous support from the developers populations one's devs are freaking awesome and they're doing a hell

of a job also if you guys want to play like population one with me you want to squad up or whatever my discord i hang out there sometimes to play games just saying please someone play with me i have no team i die every game finally one that i am legally binded by the vr community to bring up and that's me [Music] to say but beat saber beat saber is of course amazing the gameplay is great the continuous support from the developer is great however the mapping of the base game songs is still

very weak in comparison to what the community made maps have i'm gonna be honest here i don't know how much i can recommend beat saber if you aren't going to download custom songs beat saber's rise to popularity was largely down to the incredible community and array of community made maps now with downloading beat saber custom songs being easier than ever by literally being able to use your phone to download them and thanks to one of mystical's viewers contacting oculus support to ask if modding

the game was safe and the support rep giving the go ahead there is no reason in my mind why anyone that owns beat saber isn't playing the incredible library of custom songs if you're playing the default songs you're missing the point in my opinion and are missing out on e xperiences like this from one of my twitch [Music] streams you see how i plugged that twitch big brain plays push dot tv forward slash get hit talk to me live hang out with dope community over there and feel free to ask me any
