VIRTUAL REALITY!!! The METAVERSE!!! Oculus Quest 2, my first purchase of 2022!!!

hello assalamu alaikum namaste and sasia happy new year everybody and welcome back to my channel canadian born desi today i'm gonna share with you my first purchase of 2022. this is something that i've always wanted to buy but just never really pulled the trigger on it and over the past couple of months i've been really thinking that this could change my life or really give me a different perspective so without further ado here is my first purchase of 2022. bam that's right the oculus quest 2

virtual reality headset now i just received it in the mail so i'm going to be unboxing it in front of you all now the reason that i bought this particular headset was because i was really interested to learn more about virtual reality me personally i'm not a gamer so i didn't buy it for gaming but i bought it for a lot of other things such as i heard that you know you can put these glasses on and actually you know have that roller coaster experience where you feel like you're at an a musement

park and then in addition to that there's you can travel the world using this headset using this virtual reality headset and what that really means is that you have the ability to for example uh find yourself inside the taj mahal or on the highest mountain peak and experience what it's like sure it's not going to be the exact same as being there but it's not a bad option considering it's very difficult nowadays with kovid and you know and just in general having little one s it's very difficult

for me to travel so that's really why i bought this headset to travel the world um i've heard a lot about it i haven't really experienced it i haven't tried it even before so i really took a bit of a risk by pulling the trigger on this headset now virtual that virtual reality is becoming a big thing now and you know one of the topics that's been fascinating me uh over the past several months not even over the past several weeks has been this concept of the met averse so what is the metaverse from

the way that i understand what the metaverse is it's essentially remember the matrix it's kind of like the matrix you know it's this virtual reality world where you can go in there using your glasses and your your your gloves that have these sensors on them and you can touch and feel things with that being said let's get started and unbox my oculus quest 2. all right so now we're ready to unbox this so let me open it up here it is a facebook produc t so this is built by facebook i'm not sure if

you guys all knew that but it's built by facebook facebook changed their name to meta a little while ago from facebook uh and there you have it ladies and gentlemen have a look at that so the unboxing very straightforward very simple um so these are supposed to be the handsets so you have the handsets don't really know how to use them haven't watched any real youtube videos on them either so i'm gonna learn as i'm exploring here um uh s o you have two of those in the box the best thing about this

particular headset is that it's not like it's ready to go right out of the box um what that means essentially is a lot of older headsets required you to insert your uh your cell phone um inside the goggles so that you could actually experience that bit of virtual reality but this one everything is built in so it's like a mini computer in here and uh and super excited to use it and test it out and there you have it ladies and gentlemen the oculus quest too so i'm gonna test it out and i'm gonna
